Today we’re checking out Vadnais Heights, a vibrant community with strong neighborhoods, thriving businesses, beautiful woods, lakes, wetlands, and trails. Only 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul and about 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, there are plenty of work opportunities for those that commute Say it with us - ‘Vad-nis Heights”! Vadnais Heights Vibes

Summed up, Vadnais Heights is a vibrant community with great neighborhoods, thriving businesses, beautiful woods, lakes, wetlands, and trails. It has all your suburban amenities, it’s close to downtown St. Paul, good schools, and nice outdoor spaces. Served by the Mounds View and the White Bear Lake School Districts. Mounds View schools only cover the northwestern portion, but are very highly rated. The White Bear Lake schools serve the majority of Vadnais Heights. Although not as highly rated, the schools are still very good and there is a lot of school pride. Home Price Statistics Vadnais Heights has a very diverse housing stock. You can get into a single family home in Vadnais Heights around the mid-$300’s and all the way up pushing $1 million. One thing we love about Vadnais Heights is all the green space and how well maintained everything is. Even if you’re in the entry level home style neighborhoods, they are well kept. The median sale price in Vadnais Heights is $375k for single family homes. You can expect the barrier of entry for single family homes to be in the low to mid $300’s. You can get into a townhome for slightly less. Currently on the market, single family homes go up to around the mid-$600’s. 81% of residents own their homes, and only 19% rent
