St. Michael Vibes
Home to nearly 20,000 residents, St. Michael is located about 30 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, 40 minutes from downtown St. Paul, and 50 minutes to the airport, and that's with good traffic. St. Michael is bordered to the north by the cities of Albertville and Otsego, as well as the Monticello Township. It is bordered to the east by Otsego, to the south by the cities of Hanover and Rogers as well as Rockford Township, and to the west by Buffalo Township.
Schools serving the city of St. Michael are excellent. The city is served primarily by the St. Michael/Albertville ISD #885 which is rated an A*. A very small western portion is served by the Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose ISD #877, which is rated a B+*. Not only is the St. Michael/Albertville School District is rated the #1 overall school district for athletes in Minnesota, it is also ranked a top 10 district overall in Minnesota. Without making it too lengthy, almost all of the schools serving the area are rated an A - High Schools, Middle Schools, and Elementary Schools.

The median sale price in St. Michael comes in around $443k, higher than the Twin Cities median of around $350k. Approximately 88% of St. Michael residents own their home, with about 12% renting. If you're in the market for a single-family home, currently on the market in St. Michael homes start around $240k on the low end, and can go for upwards of around $1.1m on the high end.
