Champlin Vibes
A bit of a sleeper suburb - variety of housing stock, commercial amenities, and nice green spaces - this city has a lot to offer. Truly some of the nicest spots we’ve seen in the northern metro. However, it is about 30 minutes with no traffic from Champlin to Minneapolis. If you’re going to a Wild game in St. Paul, expect about a 40 minute drive.
Served by the Anoka-Hennepin Public School District, generally pretty good schools K-12. Specifically the schools in Champlin are good - typically rated around an B+ or A- on niche.com.
Home Price Statistics
The median sales price in Champlin is around $330k, a little below the metro median sales price. You can spend close to a million here, as there are some beautiful homes in addition to the first time home buyer options. So many great choices for all types of home buyers.
